ONE HEALTH PASS REGISTRATION

Check our guide on how to register One Health Pass Philippines, which serve as health declaration protocol for all international travelers to the Philippines. This updated travel requirement are applicable to all foreign, local (OFW & Non-OFW) international travelers visiting Philippines. Visitors are required to register and declare their health status to the Philippine government online portal. Registration to One Health Pass can only be done three (3) before the passenger’s departure date.  As of December 1, 2022 Philippine government have revised the One Health Pass protocol to E-Arrival Card PH.

Visit the Philippine E-Travel arrival website.

#2 REGISTER ACCOUNT

Click Register, as reminder the One Health Pass Portal only accepts application 3 days before arrival in the Philippines.

#3 ENTER THE PRE-REQUIRED INFORMATION

Enter the Philippine Arrival Date, Port Of Entry, Passport Type and Covid-19 Vaccination Status, etc.

#4 ENTER PERSONAL INFORMATION

Enter the required Personal Information, Residential Information, Travel Details , COVID-19 Vaccination Information, COVID-19 RT-PCR Test Result, Countries Traveled, COVID-19 Exposure History, Clinical Information and Data Privacy Policy.

#5 SUBMIT APPLICATION

After submitting the application, system will generate unique QR code ID and reference number. Save the copy and present this information at airline counter prior to departure. Upon arrival in the Philippines, present this information to the Bureau of Quarantine personnel.

GENERAL GUIDELINES

  • All passengers are required to wear a face mask.
  • Temperature screening, use of foot bath, and disinfection facilities are to be observed.
  • Individuals who are registered from One Health Pass can access account and update information.
