All international travelers who are arriving and departing from Philippines are required to obtain the eTravel Declaration Card (eTravel) before departure or upon arrival. This eTravel card are applicable country’s major international airports such as Manila, Clark, Iloilo, Mactan-Cebu, and Davao as well as seaports.

WHAT IS eTRAVEL DECLARATION CARD PHILIPPINES

The Philippine eTravel Declaration Card will serve as Health Declaration and Contract Tracing policy for all international travelers to the Philippines. Passengers are required to register the eTravel card within 3 days (72 hours) before their arrival or departure in the Philippines. The electronic declaration card which in the form of QR code will be use to present during the flight boarding procedure.

UPON ARRIVAL IN THE PHILIPPINES

All travelers must take a screenshot or download a copy of the eTravel QR code. The eTravel QR code will be used to present upon arrival in the Philippines to the Bureau Of Quarantine (BOQ) officers at their destination airport/seaports in the Philippines.

Returning OFW’s to the Philippines must present a copy of OEC to be covered by Philippine government protection and benefits.
Foreign National Traveling To The Phillipines must comply with all entry guidelines to the Philippines
