OWWA OFW E-Card Application

The OWWA (Overseas Workers Welfare Administration) E-Card application works for the protection and promotion of the well-being of all overseas Filipino workers (OFW’s) and their families in job sites abroad and at the home in the country. The agency have a twin mandate of delivering useful welfare services and benefits ensuring capital build-up and fund viability.

3 STEPS on OWWA OFW E-CARD APPLICATION

  1. Visit OWWA’s official website
  2. Retrieve the confirmation application
  3. Self-Collect on the chosen Pickup Location

Visit OWWA’s official website at ecard.owwa.gov.ph Enter the required information for the OWWA E-Card Application form(First Name, Middle Name, Last Name, Birthdate, Contact Number, Passport Number, POEA OEC Number,Collection Point)

 Choose which preferend OWWA Regional Office you would like to obtain the OFW e-Card

Select and tick the I accept the Data Privacy Policy. and enter the I’m not a Robot-Captcha options.  Once completed the OWWA E-Card Application form, click the Submit application button.

STEP 2: retrieve the tracking confirmation

After submitting the application for the OWWA E-card, tracking confirmation will be provided. It usually take around 3-4 weeks to be available for pickup.  To check the status of the OWWA E-Card, visit the OWWA E-Card Tracker for the availability of the e-card. Enter the required information (Tracking Number, Passport Number, Birth Date)

STEP 3: SELF-COLLECT ON THE CHOSEN PICKUP LOCATION

Once the OWWA E-Card is available for collection, visit to the nearest pickup location. I went to collect my OWWA E-card at Regional Office No. VII located at Cebu City. Upon the collection of the e-card, I prepare the copy of my tracking number and passport for identification purpose.

HOW DO I BECOME A MEMBER

With US$25.00 membership contribution, and OWWA member is entitled to various benefits and services. OWWA membership is valid for two (2) years.

Individual can become a member by:
A  Compulsory registration upon processing of employment contracts of OFW’s at the POEA
B. Voluntary registration of OFW’s at the job sites or through online registration.
