HOW TO GET ONLINE PSA CERTIFICATE APPLICATION (BIRTH/MARRIAGE/CENOMAR/DEATH)

Individuals requesting a copy of Civil Registry documents such as birth, marriage, CENOMAR, and death are now available through online PSA certificate application. Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) has authorized two (2) online platforms PSA Serbilis and PSA Helpline to process the requests and the issuance of these registry records. Here I have personally applied for the online application and I will share with you the below steps on how to get the online PSA certificate.

STEPS TO GET ONLINE PSA CERTIFICATE APPLICATION

  1. Select The Certificate Type
  2. Fill-up The Individual Information
  3. Choose Delivery Options (Pick-up or Delivery)
  4. Process The Payment

1. Select The Certificate Type

Choose from one of the four (4) available commonly requested certificates (Birth, Marriage, CENOMAR, and Death).

Once you have selected the certificate type, click and agree on the website Terms and Conditions and Data Privacy Act of 2012 Policy.

2. Fill-up The Required Information

Fill in the detail information of the individual requesting a copy of this record.

  • Enter the complete name (Last, Middle, and First)
  • Enter the Place and Date of Birth
  • Enter the Father and Mother’s name
  • Purpose of the request such claim benefits, loan application, employment (local and overseas), passport/travel and school requirement.

3. Choose The Delivery Option

Choose between the two (2) delivery options; Pick-up or Delivery and enter the delivery address information

  • Pick-up – Collect the PSA certificate at selected pick-up locations (LBC branch)
  • Delivery – The PSA Certificate will be delivered to the indicated delivery address

Enter the delivery contact information (Name, Email Address, and Mobile Number). Delivery will be handled by the local courier service provider and is scheduled to deliver from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday except Public holidays). PSA Certificate will be delivered within 4 – 8 working days after the payment.

4. Process The Payment

After you have confirmed and acknowledged the information, please proceed to payment. There are payment options available that range from online credit/debit or E-Wallet services (Gcash, Paymaya) and counter payments like 7-11, and Bayad-Center. After payment, an email notification will be received informing the payment order.

PSA Helpline
Certificate of Live Birth/Mariage/Death – Php 365.00
CENOMAR – Php 420.00

PSASerbilis
Certificate of Live Birth/Mariage/Death – Php 330.00
CENOMAR – Php 430.00

CHECK STATUS

Individuals can check the status of the requested PSA birth, marriage, death, or CENOMAR from both websites – Check Status page. Check the status by entering the reference number. Alternatively, email notifications will be sent in every update (processing, release, dispatch for delivery, and schedule for delivery).

With the help of this online platform, now it very convenient to process the request. It is applicable especially if you do not have time to visit the PSA office and make an appointment. Most of the overseas Visa applications (South Korea and Japan) require both birth certificates and marriage certificates.
