The only drawback, each visitors are expected to pay around IDR 500,000 for one-way trip.
  2. Public Transport (Bus)
    Taking public transport in Indonesia is quite difficult, and time consuming but on the other hand it can save the transportation cost. There are several local bus operators at Purabaya Bus Terminal that directly run from Surabaya to Probolinggo. Probolinggo, which considered the nearest city to Mount Bromo. Upon reaching Probolinggo, visitors will need to transfer and ride mini-van to Cemoro Lawang which is approximately a 2-hour drive away.
  3. Shared Private Car
    Visitors who are traveling in a group can avail the shared private transport. Visitors can also join a tour group that offers transportation directly to Cemoro Lawang. This option can be more affordable than a private car and offers a group experience.
