GREEN LIST COUNTRIES IATF PHILIPPINES
The Inter-Agency Task Force (IATF) Philippines provides the list of countries that are categorized in terms green, yellow and red lanes. This means that all international passengers who are coming from the list of countries and entering the Philippines must observe the arrival protocols and the adherence to the Inter-Agency Task Force. The agency have streamlined the guidelines and quarantine protocols for fully vaccinated, partially vaccinated and non-vaccinated individuals. Likewise, all OFW returning to Philippines must have a valid documents that are required to be presented and with approval from the Bureau of Quarantine (BOQ).

All international travelers coming from the above Red Lane Country within the last 14 days are not allowed enter to the Philippines. With the exemption of those returning Overseas Filipinos Workers (OFW) via government-initiated repatriation and permitted commercial flights may be allowed but are subject to testing and quarantine protocols.
YELLOW LANE COUNTRIES
All other countries that are not mentioned from the above Green Lane or Red Lane are classified as Yellow List.
The classification from IATF Res. No. 160-A of “Green,” “Red” and “Yellow,” list of countries shall be temporarily suspended as of 1 February 2022.
The above classification from IATF Res. No. 159 of “Green,” “Red” and “Yellow,” list of countries shall be temporarily suspended. , above is the list of “Red” list of countries. In addition IATF Philippines have implemented the IATF Alert Level Guidelines, individuals who are bound to respective residences must adhere the updated protocols.
ARRIVAL GUIDE FOR ALL PASSENGERS
Effective 1 February 2022, IATF Res. No. 159 states that all international arriving Filipinos and foreign nationals are allowed to enter the country given the below guidelines and protocols.
GREEN LANE COUNTRIES
FULLY VACCINATED FILIPINOS
- (A) Negative RT-PCR result within 72 hrs prior to departure (No facility-based quarantine, and No on-arrival RT-PCR test is required); or
- (B) RT-PCR Test (Swab Test On Arrival), if Negative individual will perform the remaining 14-day self quarantine
FULLY VACCINATED FOREIGNERS
- Negative RT-PCR result within 72 hrs prior to departure (No facility-based quarantine, and No on-arrival RT-PCR test is required). Individual will perform the remaining 14-day self quarantine
UNVACCINATED | PARTIALLY VACCINATED
- 5-Days Facility-Based Quarantine, where RT-PCR Test given on the 5th day, if Negative individual will perform the remaining 9 days self quarantine
FULLY VACCINATED INTERNATIONAL PASSENGERS
1. Negative RT-PCR result within 48 hrs prior to the departure from the country of origin.
2. Upon arrival there will be no more facility-based quarantine but shall self-monitor for 7 days and report to local government of destination if any sign of symptoms.
3. Arriving passengers must present a proof of Vaccination Certificate against COVID-19 from the recognized institution.
A.World Health Organization International Certificates
B. VaxCertPH; or
C. National/state digital certificate of the foreign government
UNVACCINATED OR PARTIALLY VACCINATED INTERNATIONAL PASSENGERS
1. Negative RT-PCR result within 48 hrs prior to the departure from the country of origin.
2. Upon arrival, individual must perform facility-based quarantine for 5 days with negative RT-PCR result on the 5th day. If Negative individual will perform home quarantine until the 14th day from the date of arrival.
UNVACCINATED MINORS FILIPINO NATIONALS
1. Minor Filipino nationals below twelve (12) years old, shall follow the quarantine protocols of the accompanying parent or guardian during travel.
2. On the other hand, Filipino nationals age between twelve (12) to seventeen (17) years old shall follow based on the above stipulated vaccinated and unvaccinted protocols.
RED LANE COUNTRY
RETURNING OFW
Only Filipinos returning to the country via government-initiated repatriation, non-government-initiated repatriation, and Bayanihan Flights may be allowed entry subject to the following entry, testing, and quarantine protocols
FULLY VACCINATED
Negative RT-PCR result within 72 hrs prior to departure. Perform facility-based quarantine with RT-PCR test taken on the 7th day. If Negative individual will perform home quarantine until the 14th day from the date of arrival.
UNVACCINATED | PARTIALLY VACCINATED
Negative RT-PCR result within 72 hrs prior to departure. Perform mandatory ten (10) days facility-based quarantine and on the 7th day RT-PCR Test will be taken. If Negative individual will perform home quarantine until the 14th day from the date of arrival.
CHILDREN BELOW 3 YRS OLD
Children below 3 years old are exempted to perform the RT-PCR test before boarding the flight. After which children will still to be accompanied by adult and will be together during the facility-based quarantine.

As far as we know, all locals and foreign nationals are required to obtain copy of One Health Pass. One Health Pass serve as a health declaration information for individuals visiting the Philippines. Upon arrival in PH airport before the immigration, individuals will be asked to provide this information.
