Head to the jump-off point of General Luna Port where tourists will need to rent a boat. The boat also known as “Bangka” can carry up to 8-10 passengers, visitors are required to secure tickets from Siargao Tourist Information Center. Do note that all passengers are required to wear life-vest when riding on the boat,
