All international flights to the Philippines are required to obtain the e-Arrival card before departure or upon arrival. The Electronic Arrival Card (e-Arrival Card) applies to all foreign and local individuals traveling to the Philippines. Previously known as the One Health Pass (OHP), the e-Arrival card will now be used to replace the OHP. These e-Arrival cards are presented to entry ports of the country’s major airports such as Manila, Clark, Cebu, and Davao. As of December 1, 2022 Philippine government have revised the One Health Pass protocol to E-Arrival Card PH

How to Obtrain E-Arrival Card PH

Travelers should fill out the e-Arrival Card at least 72 hours before the flight. To obtain the e-Arrival Card for entering the Philippines, follow these steps

After completing the form, traveler will receive a QR code, which will need to show upon arrival at the airport.
