All international flights to the Philippines are required to obtain the e-Arrival card before departure or upon arrival. The Electronic Arrival Card (e-Arrival Card) applies to all foreign and local individuals traveling to the Philippines. Previously known as the One Health Pass (OHP), the e-Arrival card will now be used to replace the OHP. These e-Arrival cards are presented to entry ports of the country’s major airports such as Manila, Clark, Cebu, and Davao. As of December 1, 2022 Philippine government have revised the One Health Pass protocol to E-Arrival Card PH

UPON ARRIVAL IN THE PHILIPPINES

All travelers must take a screenshot of the QR code which will be used to present upon arrival in the Philippines to the Bureau Of Quarantine (BOQ) officers at their destination airport in the Philippines.

Returning OFW’s to the Philippines must present copy of OEC to be covered from Philippine government protection and benefits.
Foreign National Traveling To Phillipines must comply all entry guidelines to Philippines
