Tops Cebu is located in Barangay Busay situated in one of the upland area of Cebu City, Philippines. It is along the Transcentral Highway which about 10 km from the city center. It will take roughly 30–45 minutes drive from Cebu City proper. Tops Cebu operates 24 hours daily, including public holidays.

How to Go TOPS Cebu

Bus Transportation To TOPS Cebu

Shuttle Bus: There is an official shuttle service from the IT Park Transport Terminal.

The shuttle runs daily from 7:00 AM (IT Park to TOPS) to 3:00 AM (TOPS to IT Park). The bus frequency is roughly every 30 minutes to 1 hour depending on time of day. The bus fare is ₱200 round trip (includes the entrance fee).

Private vehicle: Using Google maps or Waze, enter Tops Cebu and navigate the way. Drive towards Lahug, passing the intersection of JY Square then head uphill via Transcentral Highway. The road is steep and winding, once near look for “Welcome to Tops” signage and turn left from the highway. Vehicle parking fee ₱50 (car) and ₱20 (motorcycle).
