Kent Ridge Park is situated at Vigilante Drive along the South Bouna Vista Road. The park is also right behind the Science Park and nearby Bukit Chandu and Hort Park.

HOW TO GO KENT RIDGE PARK

Kent Ridge MRT Station

There are two (2) ways to get to Kent Ridge Park via public transportation.
1. Take the Circle Line MRT and alight at Kent Ridge MRT station. Head to exit B, then ride Bus No. 92 at the bus stop then alight after two (2) stops. Walk along the road and head straight to the park. This access is nearest to the only two ponds; Kent Ridge pond and The Dragon Fly pond.
2. The other option is to head passing the Hort Park, taking MRT and alight at Labrador MRT station then take Bus No. 61, 93, 97, 120, 963 and alight after two (2) bus stops and walk down to the entrance of the Hort Park. Walk along the exit of Hort Park and follow the path that lead to Kent Ridge Park.

Visitors who are driving can access Kent Ridge Park via Kent Ridge Road or Pasir Panjang Road. There are parking spaces near the park’s entrances, including areas near the main entrances and along the roads adjacent to the park.

#1 WALK IN THE CANOPY WALK

One of the highlights when visiting Kent Ridge Park is walking along the Canopy Walk. This canopy connects to a network of parks around the southern part of Singapore. The canopy walk is a 150m long trail that is elevated above the ground. Walking along, visitors can check the surrounding tall trees and scenic views surrounding the skyline the area. At the end of the canopy walk, visitors will find the Reflection at Bukit Chandu and also wooden steps to access to nearby Hort Park.

For visitors who want to have some inner solitude, this park is an ideal place to visit. Also, the park has some steep slopes which make it challenging for active individuals who run or jog around the park. The park is also rich in history, where the battle of Pasir Panjang was held in this place. To know more about the historic battle during World War II, visitors can also head to Bukit Chandu Museum. On the other hand, gardening enthusiasts can further walk to Hort Park and check the range of plants and flowers. Overall, Kent Ridge Park is a good way to start exploring the Southern Ridge must-visit places.
