All Overseas Filipino Workers (OFW) who have recently change employer on site must update OEC and perform change employer requirements from POEA.

HOW TO UPDATE CHANGE EMPLOYER REQUIREMENTS POEA STEPS

  1. Visit POEA Online Services Portal
  2. Login POEA Online Portal
  3. Access The Balik Mangagawa 
  4. Setup Balik Mangagawa Appointment
  5. Select Schedule And Confirm Appointment
  6. Prepare General Requirements
  7. Submit and Pay Processing Fee

#2 LOGIN POEA ONLINE PORTAL

Login Email Address POEA Online Portal

Login Account POEA – Online Service by entering registered Email Address and Password.

A. On POEA Online System Page, click Balik Mangagawa
B. Under Initial Assessment, click Next
C. Enter Flight Date, read Terms and click Next
D. Select No, since you are not returning to previous employer
E. Enter New Employer Information, click Next

#4 SETUP BALIK MANGAGAWA APPOINTMENT

Processing Location for BM Appointment

A. Setup BM Appointment
B. Choose Processing Location

#5 SELECT AVAILABLE SCHEDULE AND CONFIRM APPOINTMENT

Select Date and Time Schedule OEC Appointment

A. Choose available Date and Time
B. Confirm Appointment

#6 PREPARE GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Provide original and photocopy of the below list of documents.

  • Appointment Schedule
  • Employment Contract or Letter of Employment
  • Copy of signed Valid Visa/Work Pass
  • Copy of valid Passport with at least 6 months before expiry
  • Copy of recent payslip

#7 SUBMIT AND PAY PROCESSING FEE

  • Pay in Cash the processing fee (SGD 17.00)
  • OEC Processing Fee (SGD 3.00)
