Cambodia e-Arrival Card

With effect 2024, all travellers arriving in Cambodia are required to submit Cambodia e-Arrival Card. The Cambodia e-Arrival system was introduced in efforts by Cambodian Ministry of Tourism and immigration authorities to streamline the entry process for travelers. The system is designed to allow visitors to register early prior to arriving in Cambodia, helping reduce congestion at immigration points.

What Is Cambodia e-Arrival Card

The Cambodia e-Arrival Card is an online application form that requires all travelers to register prior to arrival in Cambodia. This applies to all points of entry, mainly on international airports (Phnom Penh, Siem Reap and Sihanoukville). The e-arrival card replaces the physical form that travelers typically fill out upon arrival in Cambodia. This new system was designed to make the process at immigration easier providing efficient entry to the country.

When To Submit Cambodia e-Arrival Card

Cambodia e-Arrival Card application can be submitted seven (7) days prior to arrival into the Kingdom of Cambodia.

#1 Register Online

Select Submit e-Arrival

#2 Fill Out Online Form

Enter personal details such as;
Personal Details: Name, Nationality, Passport Number, Date of Birth.
Travel Information: Arrival Dime, Flight Number, Address In Cambodia
Health Information: Health declarations
Custom Declaration

#3 Submission of Form

After completion of required information, submit the form. Do ensure that the details provided match the information on your passport and visa (if applicable) to avoid any issues.

#4 Email Confirmation

QR Code Cambodia e-Arrival Card.

Once submitted, traveller will receieve QR code confirmation.

#5 Arrival In Cambodia

Travellers will present the QR code, along with passport or visa to the immigration officer.

With the implementation of Cambodia e-Arrival Card, this speeds up the entry into Cambodia by reducing wait times at immigration. The e-arrival card replaces the paper Immigration form which eliminates the manually filling out forms on arrival. This helps save time and convenience for travelers. Also this allows Cambodian authorities to track and manage traveler data more effectively.
